Q How far is the hotel from Palma Airport?
We are located in the beautiful Port of Pollensa, which is just a short 45 minute transfer from Palma International Airport.

Q Do you have rooms with a Sea view?
Yes we do. The Sea View rooms are without a doubt the best located
In Puerto Pollensa. Because of this, booking early is essential.

Q Are you close to the beach?
Our beach hotel is only metres away from the warm Mediterranean Sea. We are associated with Cappuccino Grand Café which is so close to the sea, diners can hear the sound of the waves as they enjoy tasting Mallorquin specialities including local produce & wine.

Q Do you have a swimming pool?
We have the largest swimming pool – the beautifully warm turquoise Mediterranean Sea!! Our private beach terrace gives you direct private access to the Sea.

Q What type of breakfast do you offer?
We offer three breakfast options.
The Pollensa Breakfast
The Pollensa breakfast provides you with a Mediterranean healthy start to your day, locally baked bread rolls with boiled or cured ham and local Mallorquin cheese, served along with Cereals and yoghurt, toast with butter and preserves.

The Continental Breakfast
The Continental breakfast features cereals and yoghurts, along with locally baked croissants and ensaimadas. Toast with butter and preserves are also offered.

The British breakfast
For those of you, who need a heartier breakfast, then why not try our freshly cooked eggs, bacon and fresh tomato treat. Cereals and yoghurt, toast with preserves are available beforehand.

Or why not try a little of each?

The bread and pastries are freshly baked each day for you by a local baker in the Port, Ignaci Torrandell. The oranges are from the local trees of Mallorca to give you that wonderful fresh sweet juice.

Q Do you have a sun terrace for communal use?
Yes, we do have a Private Beach Terrace for our guests to enjoy.

Q Is Car Hire a necessity or is the local transportation very good?
Car Hire is not necessary as this stunning resort offers everything – wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and no shortage of places to eat and drink. So you really have no need to go anywhere else!

Public transportation runs smoothly and often and is an extremely affordable mode of transportation.

Local excursions can be booked with our hotel receptionists, where transport to and from the attraction is always provided.

Q Do you offer any childcare?
Should you wish to enjoy a quiet evening without the children, our hotel offers a babysitting service which provides a safe, convenient way for your children to be entertained, and most of all they will fun. A charge is applicable.

Q Are taxes and service charges included in the room rates?
Yes, all prices shown on our web site and quoted by our receptionists are based on a per person basis, per night and include all taxes. Our Mallorcan, Continental and British Breakfast options are also included in the price.

Q What is your pricing policy with regards to children?
Children up to 12 years of age sharing with an adult will receive a 50% discount.

Babies up to 2 years old will stay free of charge. A cot will also be provided free of charge.

Q What are the main differences between the rooms available?

All rooms are facilitated with Air Conditioning, Heating, Fridge, Satellite TV, Tea and Coffee making facilities and an en-suite bathroom.

Early booking is essential if you wish to book a room with a Sea View.

Q Do you have disabled facilities?
Please contact reservations@hotelsispins.com directly, as this very much depends on the extent of the disability.

Q Do you have family rooms?
We do have adjoining rooms which are available upon request and subject to availability.

Q What are your payment terms?
We require a 20% deposit to confirm a booking and the balance to be paid at the end of your stay with us.

Q What local attractions are nearby?
Without a doubt one of the most popular ways to see Puerto Pollensa, is an evening walk along the Pine Walk. The Pinewalk is a pedestrian promenade that is lined with Palms and Palm trees, shops and restaurants, cafes and bars; with the stunning Mediterranean sea on the opposite side.

Pollensa Town – Pollensa Town is 3 miles inland from the Port. It’s here that the Sunday market is held, whish sells local fruit, flowers and craft items. A further market is held on a Wednesday in the Puerto Pollensa, in case you are unable to make Sunday.

Formentor – Cala Formentor offers one of the most fantastic beaches in Mallorca. The sand is fine, almost white and the sea crystal clear with stunning shades of turquoise. Besides pedal boats, it is possible to rent a jet ski or if you prefer something more relaxing, you could hop on one of the boat trips with a glass bottom boat. To visit Formentor is a must!

There are so many attractions which are easily accessible from the hotel:

• Discover the rustic beauty of the island by visiting the famous village of Valldemossa
• Escape the tranquillity of the Port for one night by enjoying the ultimate dinner show, which combines acrobats, gymnastics and dancing. The Pirates Dinner Show has attracted over 3 million visitors since its opening – you will not be disappointed.

Although there is so much to see and do on the Island, you may just prefer to lie on the beach and enjoy the warm temperatures of the Med! And watch the world go by ……

Q Do you hire beach towels?
We do have beach towels available at reception, at no extra charge. However, we do ask for a nominal refundable deposit.

Q What is the cancelation policy?
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your booking, you will receive a 100% refund.

If you cancel within 30-15 days of your booking, you will receive a 50% refund.

A refund will not be made should your booking be cancelled within a 14 day period prior to your booking.

Q Do you have double beds?
All beds can be converted from twin to double at your request.

Q Do all twin rooms have a balcony?
Most of our twin rooms have either a balcony or patio area for your enjoyment.

Q Are the Sun loungers free of charge?
All sun loungers are situated on our Private Terrace and are free of charge to all hotel guests.
