The Sis Pins breakfast has been selected from the finest fresh local produce that Mallorca has to offer, to give you that wonderful Mediterranean healthy start to the day.

Local Master Baker, Ignaci Torrandell bakes fresh each day for your bread, croissant and the famous Mallorcan ensaimada pastry. To compliment this we also have toast, with butter and preserves.

Our Mallorcan cheese is made for the hotel by Piris, a very well known cheese make in the town of Campos, on the South East of the Island.

The local supplied ham we have selected compliments our cheese perfectly. We also have a selection of cereals and yogurts, and local seasonal fruit, freshly picked for you. We also offer you our freshly made British breakfast.

To drink we have freshly squeezed oranges from the local trees of Mallorca, to give you that wonderful fresh sweet juice and freshly made coffee and tea.

Cycling Holidays in Spain

Mallorca is one of the best places to take a cycling holiday in Spain. This is because it has a road network of 1,250 km, 675 of which are local and secondary roads with an average width of 6.5 m. approximately, and 20% of these are in the mountains. During the winter, some of the leading professional teams are found cycling Mallorca because of its ideal conditions for training, with a climate to suit everyone.
